THERAPIST - IOP - Trauma Focus
Key Responsibilities include:
Provides group and individual therapies.
Conducts Psychosocial Assessments.
Participates in Treatment Plan development.
Provides clinical case management and discharge planning.
Ensures all required documentation is legible, accurate, and timely.
Serves as a liaison between the hospital's inpatient and outpatient programs.
Works cooperatively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
