HealthCare Partners is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Clinicial Social Worker to join our House Calls team in Las Vegas. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and make psychosocial diagnoses
Conduct mental health assessments and make DSM V diagnoses
Develop psychosocial treatment pans with attention to age-specific needs/concerns
Provide psychosocial interventions for individuals, groups and families
Provide individual and group counseling and/or psychotherapy
Screen for substance abuse, tobacco use, depression, PTSD, and, depending on assignment, provide treatment services
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Avg Daily Patient Census: 5-7/day
Unrestricted Nevada LCSW license
At least 2 years of experience in Primary Care or Hospice
Must be comfortable with conducting home visits with high-risk patients
Experience working with a geriatric population
