The responsibilities of the Program Manager for Keystone's Psychosocial Day Program - the Community Living Center include:
Facilitating the clients in the development of living, learning, working and recreating skills that will better prepare them for community living;
Responsible for the day to day and overall supervision, operation and maintenance of the Community Living Center program, including client service, physical plants, staff supervision, and program development.
The Program Manager is responsible, as determined and assigned, for supervision of direct service staff. This includes interviewing, staff evaluation;
Provide leadership and supervision to Keystone staff and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsible to provide rehabilitation leadership to entire program.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a related field required.
Some supervisory experience required
Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in written form.
Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks to support persons served and program needs
Good computer skills
Providing transportation in own vehicle when necessary.
