Registered Nurse- Operating Room
The peri-operative nurse in the Operating Room is responsible for the delivery of quality, age-appropriate care to the surgical patient. The peri-operative nurse will utilize the components of the nursing process in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position. This process includes the assessment of simple and complex needs for each patient, and the planning, implementation and evaluation of the care delivered in the operating room to which they are assigned. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
