Collaborative Care - Women's Health - LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/PSYD/PHD
Job DescriptionIs this you? Serve as a key member of the Collaborative Care team, which consists of the OB/GYN provider and a psychiatric consultant. The clinician will support the mental and physical health care of patients, closely coordinate care with the Collaborative Care team, and other mental health providers where appropriate. Work with women on presenting concerns across the lifespan. These concerns range from pre-conception (e.g., premenstrual dysphoric disorder, fertility), to pregnancy (e.g., anxiety in pregnancy, high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy loss), to postpartum (e.g., birth trauma, postpartum depression/anxiety) through menopause (e.g., sexual dysfunction, mood changes).
