Our established private concierge medical practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary team which currently includes a child and adolescent psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner.
For over 10 years, our organization has provided comprehensive medical and behavioral healthcare exclusively to firefighters and their families. We operate three clinic locations in South Florida, with our main facility in West Palm Beach and additional sites in Palm City and Coral Springs.
This is a full-time position offering a highly competitive and highly competitive compensation package with a structured step plan for annual increases.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including primary care providers, nurses, & therapists
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Valid and unrestricted Florida medical license
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
- Commitment to serving first responder families
