Job Title: Pulmonologist

Job Duties: Provide a full spectrum of treatment options to help patients suffering from pulmonary issues such as chronic cough, asthma, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COVID-19, etc.; Provide high-level care to patients suffering from acute, life-threatening lung conditions in the Intensive Care Unit and provide such patients with services which include bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, bronchial thermoplasty, and pulmonary function tests; Focus on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases affecting the lungs and related organs in patients with emergent conditions; Stabilize patients suffering from serious conditions that affect their ability to breathe; and provide other services as required by the department.
The minimum requirements for the Position Offered are a Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or foreign equivalent. Must have completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in both Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. Must have a Missouri medical license by the time of appointment. Saint Luke's Health System.
